SBRI Named "Science Champion"
SBRI is a 2009 recipient of the Washington State LASER Science Champions: Science Education Advocate Award! This honor recognizes the Institute's advocacy for science by promoting the importance of life science education. SBRI, through its internships, high school outreach programs and community events, aims to not only overcome barriers to today's global health concerns, but also to inform and motivate the next generation of global health leaders and scientists.
